I bought this product to use with my flat iron. It protects from heat�and adds shine. The label says you can also use it with curling irons. Although it does protect and make your hair glossy do not overspray or spray too close to your hair as it can be slightly greasy if you do this. I find it works best to mist the hair from the distance. Overall I am satisfied with this product and would repurchase it.
